Products & Services

TLT India entered the Gas Boosting Station business in the early 90’s with the technology and expertise developed by its dedicated team of engineers who worked closely with some major Integrated Steel Plants in India. The first such plant was sold in 1992 and since then, we have gone through several upgradations to fine tune the system with further technological developments.

By the end of the 90’s, TLT Engineering India became synonymous with Gas Boosting Station Projects in the Indian Steel Industry. TLT’s user friendly approach & Control, ease of operation and Maintenance, remain unparalled even today.  We undertook our first Turnkey Project including Erection in 2002.

With the parallel technological studies, TLT developed the Gas Mixing Station Business also and applied Gas Mixing Technology successfully in 2004.

Today, TLT Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. is the undisputed leader in the field of Gas Mixing & Boosting Station catering to the Steel Sector all over the country. It has got a large successful reference installation & order list in its credentials. To the best of our knowledge, we are probably the only Company in the world who not only has highest number of Hazardous Application Gas Boosting Stations installed on Turnkey basis, but it is also the only Company who can offer total Single Window solution for Gas Boosting and Gas Mixing requirement

TLT Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. joined hand with M/s. Diamond Power – Sweden, to offer High Temperature Furnace Camera Viewing System with complete system including the video image processing / multiplexing as well as connecting the system to client’s LVS and / or PLC or even in LAN. We have supplied more than 200 camera systems in India. These Camera Systems are very useful for viewing the inside of a furnace installed in Power Plants and also Steel Plant Reheating Furnaces.

In 2017, TLT successfully developed and installed its first Oxygen Line PRMS (Pressure Reducing & Measuring System) for Blast Furnace in SAIL – DSP. Subsequently, it executed several Oxygen Line PRMS / PRS for various Steel Plants and commissioned successfully. Today, it has earned reputation of having capability to design, Engineer, supply and commission State of the Art Oxygen PRMS/PRS in Steel Plants with improved technology and at most optimized cost

Gas Mixing Station

We have a rich experience of various Gas – Gas Mixing requirement in Steel Plant Application. We have the experience in handling various hazardous / poisonous Gases which include Blast Furnace Gas, Coke Oven Gas, Converter Gas, Propane Gas as well as newly introduced Coal Bed Methane Gas in desired proportion as per client’s downstream Furnace Burner requirement.

We are now offering Mixers designed for specific application with or without Spurger Arrangement. This will help client to achieve following :

  • Much better Homogeneity
  • Less Pressure Drop during Mixing
  • Reducing required length of Pipe Line after Mixing and thereby saving space and cost

Gas Boosting Station

Specialty of TLT Gas Boosting Station installed in all the Integrated Steel Plants in the country is that the plant is designed for running in almost Auto Mode except during start up, change over as well as Water Filling and Breaking of water Seals etc.

The proven, User-Friendly Logic and Control philosophy as well as Easy Maintenance have earned wide acceptance of our system from various clients across the country. Seldom spares requirement and minimum down time cost have substantially reduced the cost of ownership for the End Users.

Prompt customer support over the years even after expiry of Warranty Period has enabled End Users to be more confident and comfortable as solution and clarifications over email and telephone makes their life easy while running such hazardous Critical Application Plant.

We follow standards and material of construction as per our experience and strictly adhere to that. Based on actual requirement, we prepare the detailed P&ID for respective cases. The specialty of TLT Gas Boosting System are :-

  • Very rugged construction. All the parts coming in contact with gases are made of Stainless Steel
  • Easy and proven control philosophy and mechanism
  • Wherever possible, Boosters are offered with Automatic Cleaning Mechanism. However, cleaning system can be On-Line or Off-Line depending upon type of Gases
  • Speciality of TLT Boosters are its Shaft Seals which are labyrinth type and ensures leakage well within the Industry Accepted Norm
  • We can handle any flow starting from approximately 3,000 NM3/Hr to any limit on upper side. However, due to limitation of Booster Design, we have so far gone upto Pressure Rise of 2100 mm.Wg in Mixed Gas (BF Gas & CO Gas).
